It's just misunderstood. The Powkiddy RGB20SX is a fun niche retro handheld, mainly because its 4-inch 720×720 square screen is excellent for Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Pico-8, and other 1:1-friendly games. Its RK3566 chip and 1GB RAM are fine for older systems, but it is not a great choice for heavier emulation, and the tall vertical body plus 4:3 black borders can feel awkward. Overall, it is a charming budget device around the ~$70–$90 range, but only worth picking over alternatives like the RGB30 if you specifically want the vertical form factor.
